LED Lyra Warranty

SpinFX offers a one-year warranty on its electronics and batteries. This warranty does not cover physical damage including drops causing LED damage, water damage, worn out batteries, worn out tape, or normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scrapes, and scratches.

We can replace parts and damage not covered under warranty for a reasonable fee.

If the hoop fails in the first 90 days after you receive it, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label (US customers) or reimburse approved shipping costs to return the hoop to us. Beyond 90 days, returning the hoop (including insurance and suitable packaging) is your responsibility.

LED hoops are filled with sensitive components that sometimes may be damaged or worn. We have worked hard with years of testing to build an extremely durable and reliable hoop for our customers. Please note that it is the responsibility of the user to take care of their hoop.

Any Phoenix Hoop purchased through Hyperion Hoops is subject to their warranty.

Any SpinFX LED prop purchased during or before June 2018, is subject to the following warranty policy:

SpinFX offers a one-year warranty on its electronics. This excludes physical damage including but not limited to the device being smashed into things, water and fire damage. The warranty does not cover tubing breaks or internal damage related to such breaks, due to the nature of flow arts. We will, however, replace it for a reasonable fee. Batteries are covered for six months due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries. We can also replace those for a reasonable fee.

If a hoop or wand malfunctions, unrelated to user error, within the first ninety (90) days of the delivery date, we will cover shipping costs both ways for the repair. If you are domestic, we will provide you a prepaid shipping label to use. If you are international, you ship the LED prop regular mail (not express) and we will promptly reimburse you. Beyond the ninety day period, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to us and the warranty will cover the repair and return shipping. After the warranty is expired, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
