Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept Returns and Exchanges for unused and undamaged merchandise. You must contact us first to get a Return/Exchange ID and have the return postmarked to us within one week of the delivery confirmation date to you. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. The return must meet our requirements:
- Item must not be scuffed or damaged in any way. This is a decision we will make upon inspection once received. If the item is damaged in any way, it will be sent back to you. Please test the LED tool on soft surfaces such as carpet or grass if you think you may return/exchange it.
- Refunds will only be issued to the card or account that was used to make the purchase.
- You must include all parts that came with the item including remote, charging unit and USB cable. Lyras must also have the circuit board housing. If some items are not returned, the cost will be deducted in your refund.
- Return shipping must be in a secure box such as the one which the item was shipped in. Hoops: Please zip tie the hoop in proper coiled position to ensure safe return. We will review this with you before you send.
- Custom sized hoops that are returned will not receive the custom sizing fee of $30 back since these are not regular stock sizes we offer.
