Yes, we accept Returns and Exchanges for unused and undamaged merchandise. You must contact us first to get a Return/Exchange ID and have the return postmarked to us within one week of the delivery confirmation date to you. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. The return must meet our requirements:

• Item must not be scuffed or damaged in any way. This is a decision we will make upon inspection once received. If the lyra is damaged in any way, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
• Refunds will only be issued to the card or account that was used to make the purchase.
• You must include all parts that came with the hoop including electronics pack, remote, charging unit and USB cable.
• Return shipping must be in a secure box such as the one which the lyra was shipped in. Please wrap the lyra in proper foam and bubble wrap to ensure safe return. We will review this with you before you send.

Info about Batteries & Battery Safety

To promote the safe use of remote-controlled toys that contain rechargeable lithium batteries, we recommend the following:

• Battery charging should be done by adults.
• Do not leave the tool unattended while charging it.
• Charge the hoop on a non-flammable surface and keep it away from flammable items.
• Turn the charger off when the hoop’s battery is charged, and always unplug it from the hoop.
• Disconnect AC wall chargers from outlets while not in use.
• If the hoop has been damaged, immediately stop use, unplug, and safely move the toy away from flammable materials.
• Follow the SpinFX instructions for charging the hoop. Do NOT charge longer than recommended.
• Battery Safety is very important! Battery safety and warning information about these high voltage lithium-ion batteries is clearly listed inside each Hoop Manual and on our website. It’s extremely important to follow all precautions for Battery Safety and Care.
• Environmental factors from regular usage and manufacturing defects are out of our control and SpinFX is not held liable for any issues resulting from battery use, charging or handling. Use these devices at your own risk.
